🎨 Anime-Style Character Design & Concept Art Workshop with Finn Heenan @ Woods

Join us for a creative, hands-on workshop where you’ll learn how to design your own original characters — from bold heroes to chaotic villains (and everything in between). Led by local artist Finn Heenan, this program dives into the fundamentals of character creation through sketching, storytelling, and inspiration from anime, video games, and mythology.

Finn will also share characters from his in-progress story ALTered. This workshop is especially great for teens familiar with cyberpunk, fantasy, and sci-fi genres — having that background will help you get the most out of Finn’s slides and examples.

Whether you’re building a world from scratch or just want to level up your art skills, this program is for you. Supplies provided, but feel free to bring your own!
